1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Wanao was founded in 2012. The factory adheres to the production concept of "feeling nothing is best feel" welcome to visit our company and factory.

2. What's your minimum order quantity?

Usually, our MOQ is 200 pieces per design, you can choose 3 different colors with mixed sizes. There are more than 48 colors for your choice. We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.

3. Why is some price of the product high?

You get what you pay for, considering the high quality. Our price is very reasonable. Maybe you can let us know your target price, we will try to work towards the target price.

4. Can l put my design logo on the items?

Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer, silk-screen printing, woven label, embroidery, laser logo, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance.

5. What's your sample policy and lead time?

The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around one week for sample making.

6. What's the production lead time?

It depends on product. Usually, lead time is 25-60 days after all details are confirmed. Fastest time is about 7 days.

7. What's your payment terms?

We accept T/T. Western Union, Moneygram and Trade Assurance. Paypal only available for sample order.
